
ResourceKraft was established in 2007 on a foundation of experience in the electronics, computing and energy industries. It is the intention of ResourceKraft to develop innovative technology-driven products that assist organisations of all kinds, to measure and reduce their energy usage and carbon emissions, to assist with utility bill management and in general, to help enforce corporate policies on all of the aforementioned.
ResourceKraft invests in and develops its own intellectual property – ensuring that it drives its own product development roadmap. It is at the forefront of research into energy saving technologies for businesses and maintains substantial links with the best researchers in both industry and academia.
Liam Relihan
ResourceKraft CEO and Founder

A dynamic research and development executive and highly accomplished software program manager in the semi-conductor and telecommunications industries, Liam has been a driving force behind the strategy and success of Intel, Verecomm, ECET and Piercom for over fifteen years.
Liam’s demonstrated ability to create revenue streams through his expertise in product development, strategic planning, and software optimisation have positively impacted global leaders such as Intel and technology start-ups. Liam has extensive experience in the development and delivery of complex technology projects, the management of intellectual property and international outsourcing, with substantial commercial exposure to marketing and legal affairs.
Previously founder of Electrisave Ireland, Software Outsourcing Mgr., Business Ecosystem Manager and Intellectual Property Consultant at Intel Corporation, the General Manager of Verecomm, and engineering director positions with start-ups ECET and Piercom.
A native of Ireland, Liam has worked in the US and Europe. Liam holds an MSc and a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Limerick.
Frank Casey
ResourceKraft Vice-President Business Development and Founder

A corporate and business development professional well versed in corporate strategy, planning and execution with a heavy emphasis on new business and market development. A risk-taker and solutions thinker with 25 years experience exceeding expectations in international sales and business development in multinationals and business start-ups across Ireland, Europe and the US.
Previously Director of Business and Market development for Intel Communications Group Europe, managing corporate development and executive relations in leading edge telecommunications, industrial and software technologies with top-tier strategic partners throughout Europe, with responsibility for over $700m in revenue. Prior experience includes European Director of Basis Communications, OEM Sales manager Europe with Raidtec, Alps, and Tech-Source, Engineering and pre-sales roles with Data General. Frank holds a diploma in Telecommunications and Radio from Atlantic College and a Diploma in systems analysis.
Stephen Moore
ResourceKraft VP of Investor Relations

Stephen Moore is a Managing Director of Motorola Ventures based in London, UK. In this role, Stephen identifies, executes, and manages private equity investments to accelerate Motorola’s existing and future businesses.
Prior to this Stephen lead Motorola’s strategic development activities in Mobile Devices Europe, Middle East, Africa and India. This included strategic planning, initiative creation and development and commercial support for non organic growth initiatives.
Before joining Mobile Devices Stephen was responsible for leading Strategic Alliances across the Global Core Networks Business and for building Motorola’s business for its Seamless Mobility offerings throughout Europe, Middle-East and Africa. Stephen also held roles leading the Intelligence and Strategy teams for the GSM networks business and the Wireless Systems Group on a global level.
Roy Hanif
ResourceKraft Commercial Director

Roy Hanif is the UK Director of ResourceKraft Ltd. Prior to this Roy has established a 30 years reputation as a successful start-up entrepreneur and board level management consultant to tier-1 organisations and government. He has set up and run the services businesses of Ingres Software, Siemens, Oracle Emea and Cisco Emea. Roy established new operations throughout Cisco Emea in over 30 countries and increased revenues from $30 million to over $500 million.
Roy has also set up and run a number of successful start-ups, the most prominent being NC International Limited, where he setup UK’s first e-commerce trading and banking company under a joint venture with Barclays merchant Bank and Beneficial Bank. The award-winning company grew to lead the market. Roy successfully exited the business through a trade sale. He is a certified senior advisor to central government and defence.
